What is the Shipping cost? 

Please check the shipping cost at checkout. The cost varies based on location and order value.

What countries can I ship my order to?

We can ship to any country in the world including United States, United Kingdom, Canada and European countries, although shipping carriers and delivery times may vary.

Is there tracking information available for my package?

Packages will be sent by registered air mail via Hong Kong Post or FedEx. An online tracking number will be provided. 

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard Shipping typically takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery to the USA, Europe, and other international destinations, while Speed Post (FedEx) offers faster delivery in 3 to 6 business days. However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

Who Is Responsible for Customs and Import Taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Depending on your destination country, additional charges such as VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, or other fees may apply. These costs are not included in your purchase and must be covered by the recipient.

As customs regulations and tax policies vary by country, we cannot predict the exact charges. For specific inquiries, please contact your local customs office.

If a package is refused upon arrival due to unpaid duty fees, we do not offer shipping cost refunds.

Customs clearance procedures may be required, potentially causing delays beyond our control. In such cases, the estimated delivery time may be extended indefinitely by the shipping carrier.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.  

If you still haven't receive your order after 60 days, please email info@foxtume.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
